January 2011-Till date:   Assistant Professor of Medical Microbiology & Head Department of Biomedical Sciences in College of Health Sciences Asmara, Eritrea.
Involved in research of Helicobacter pylori and Mycobacterium Tuberculosis & Conducting classes and Practicals for Microbiology, Immunology, Molecular Biology.
December 2008-July 2010: Worked as a lecturer of Medical Microbiology in the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at ArbaMinch University, ArbaMinch, Ethiopia.
I was  a Principal investigator of the Project on Antimicrobial activity of Bio-active compounds on Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus, 
October 2002-December 2008: Worked as a Research Assistant at Center for Liver Research and Diagnostics, Deccan College of Medical Sciences & Allied Hospitals in a DBT Funded project on Helicobacter pylori.
