Pitiriazis lichenoid se suprapune no?iunii de parapsoriazis ?în picătură? ?i include 2 forme clinice: pitiriazis lichenoid cronic (PLC) ?i pitiriazis lichenoid ?i varioliform acut (PLEVA, boala Mucha-Habermann).
Este frecvent descris la copii cu vârsta 8 luni-15 ani, cu un vârf al inciden?ei între 2 ?i 3 ani ?i între 5 ?i 7 ani [1].
Clinic în PLEVA se descriu leziuni cu debut brusc, leziuni maculare eritematoase cu o tentă maronie, papule ?i vezicule care devin ulcero-necrotice ?i care sunt localizate si metric pe trunchi, gât, fa?ă ?i regiunea lombară (Fig. 1a ?i 1b). Leziunile cutanate se pot înso?i de febră, adenopatii, artralgii. Pot exista mai multe puseuri în decursul a mai multor luni.
