Elderly (Geriatric group) are often vulnerable to skin cancer. These patients often do not agree to these diagnosis (biopsy) as well as their surgical excision. A good alternative is cryotherapy [1-9].

We present a case of 72-year-old patient with a number of large tumors located on the head, which were effectively removed with cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen (Figs 1 and 2) .

Conclusion:
Cryotherapy with liquid nitrogen is an effective, non-invasive method for the treatment of benign skin tumors in a large elderly.
