Herpes Zoster Duplex Symmetricus in an immunocompetent 70-year female – Case Report
A case of bilaterally symmetrical herpes zoster of cervico-thoracic dermatome is hereby reported in a 70 year old diabetic female. This case is of interest because of its extremely rare bilaterally symmetrical distribution in an immunocompetent patient.
